JR is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) by the National National Institute of Accounting Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals UK. He currently heads the People Team -- His mission is to help build an amazingly xeamless employee experience through effective policies and processes.

Gianelli Guardiana

"Gian"

People Operations Specialist

Gian is the youngest member of the team. She handles the compensation and benefits of our employees, and anything you wanna know about numbers and systems! She also ensures to provide the best onboarding experience for our Xers! (new QuadX employees).

Her mantra is "Dum spiro spero" -- while I breathe, I hope.

Nesslyn Acelajado

"Ness"

HR Business Partner

Ness is a multi-talented member of the team, she supports end-to-end talent acquisitions function, She scours the entire face of the planet to find the most suited and ideal candidate for QuadX. Aside from her talent to attract potential Xers to join the family, she also has a knack for facilitating employee engagement and all parties inside X.

Off work, Ness is a certified K-Pop fanatic. But don't tell anyone, ok?

HR Business Partner

Patty is an HR Business Partner with a focus on Organizational Development, her role is to work closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to develop and implement programs that support organizational growth, and improve overall performance. Patty is helping to align HR strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.

Karina Corazon Mapanao

"KC"

HR Business Partner

KC is a HR Business Partner for Operations and a Labor Relations Officer, her role is to support the organization's operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. She is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business's overall strategy and support its goals, while also ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Something interesting is, KC is a Nurse by Profession, and HR by Heart.
