QuadX is in the pursuit of building a continuous personal and professional growth culture in the Company. The Employee, the Manager, and the People team play a big role in this development. Employees should always seek new learning opportunities; the Managers' role is to mentor and encourage their subordinates to learn new skills; and lastly, the People team should rally these developmental activities and processes and make them possible.
We support and encourage the following personal training and development:
· Formal training sessions
· Participating in conferences
· Online training subscription/material
QuadX will cover training fees up to Php50,000 for every 3 years for the eligible employee. This amount may cover transportation, accommodation, and personal expenses during the course of the training. Any covered expense that employee will incur shall be reimbursed after submission of all relevant receipts and invoices.
Employee is allowed not to report to work due to the training activities for a total of 10 days per year.
Employees can choose to attend a personal training program they want (e.g. how to become a sommelier), provided they don’t exceed the budget and day limit. If they do, employee will have to use the leave credits and shoulder the
Employees may have to present proof of attendance to be excused from the absences incurred during the training program.
Eligible employee shall follow the guidelines listed below to avail of the personal training and development benefit:
Complete the Personal Development Benefit Request Form and submit it to People Operations Team with an official training program from the vendor. People team will work on the request with attention to budget and training content and submit the same to the CFO and CEO for final approval.
In cases where the company doesn’t pay for the vendor directly, employee will have to pay and send invoices or receipts to People Operations Team for reimbursement.
