QuadX policy requires you to:
Return all QuadX property and information of any type on or before your separation date.
NOT to delete QuadX property and information from any electronic repositories (including but not limited to Slack, GDrive, or other similar accounts and personal email accounts). These files shall remain as QuadX property and be transferred to your immediate superior for safekeeping before your departure.
Keep all of QuadX’s confidential and Proprietary Information in strictest confidence and never use such information on behalf of yourself or any other person or entity (including your next employer).
Comply with the terms of your Employment Agreement and your Restrictive Covenants with QuadX for a period of two (2) years from the last date of employment, which include non-disparagement, non-disclosure, non-solicitation, non-poaching, and non-competition provisions. Non-poaching provisions prohibit former employees from inducing or encouraging QuadX personnel to enter into employment relationships with third parties; non-competition provisions prohibit former employees from performing services for or working for QuadX competitors.

Return the following QuadX property items to assigned departments:
ID
Laptop and charger (if applicable)
Corporate Credit Card
Drawer keys
Health insurance cards before your termination date
Shell Fleet Card (if applicable)
Company Phone
Any other hardware or company-owned items
Personal Property
Please note, QuadX is not responsible for any personal belongings voluntarily left behind.
Check with your manager about transferring the ownership following:
Google Drive/Slack and other documents
Recurring calendar meetings
External system logins you manage on behalf of QuadX (i.e.Facebook, Instagram, etc)
Your health insurance coverage will terminate on your Separation Date. Please make sure you send the insurance provider any outstanding claims you may have at the earliest. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to PeopleOps@quadx.xyz
All outstanding expenses (e.g. Grab expenses, unliquidated cash advance) must be submitted to the Finance Department prior to your departure. Reimbursement form can be downloaded in Slack channel #xforms.
Your access to the payslip portal will be terminated within your month of departure. Please download any payslips required before you leave. Your final pay will be given via cheque once 30 days after receipt of fully accomplished Off-boarding Task and clearance from all the departments in BambooHR . The Employee must sign Quit Claim before the final pay computation and Reminders On Offboarding And Continuing Obligations Do not forget to bring valid IDs in claiming the final pay.
