Personal Time Off (PTO) is a type of employee benefit that allows Xers to take time off from work for personal reasons without losing pay or other benefits. PTO typically combines vacation time, sick time, and personal days into a single bank of hours that Xers can use as needed.
All regular employees of QuadX who have been employed for a continuous period of 3 years shall be covered by the Employee Development Benefit Program. The employee will be entitled to only one training for every 3 consecutive years of tenure. Employees with pending disciplinary action shall not be entitled to such benefit.
