Personal Time Off 

The Philippine Labor Code mandates all employers to provide five (5) days Service Incentive Leaves (SIL) to its employees annually. This can be used for the purpose of sick leave and vacation leave. QuadX, Inc., as part of its policies, provides more than what is required by the law.

The purpose of the Policy on Leaves is to provide employees with the overall guidance on the entitlement, earning, availment, accumulation, communication and forfeiture of this company - initiated benefit.
